It’s been a long time since our last update (hello, 2021 👀), and we’re beyond excited to finally share the new Megabattle demo with you!

This isn’t just a small update — it’s a complete overhaul of the original idea. New visuals, new gameplay systems, new identity. What started as an experimental project has evolved into a sci-fi roguelike deckbuilder with robot battles, tactical choices, and procedural runs.

🔧 What’s in the Demo?

This is an early look at the core loop of Megabattle. The demo includes:

🧠 Build your robot from 4 unique classes, each with distinct strengths

🃏 Craft your deck with cards tied to robot parts

💥 Battle enemies using turn-based strategy and smart combos

🌌 One fully playable run, with progressive difficulty and rewarding encounters

🗺️ Currently, there’s only one map, but it already showcases the structure and flow of a full run

⚙️ A brand new visual style, revamped UI, and lots of under-the-hood improvements

💬 Why your feedback matters

This is still a work-in-progress demo — bugs, rough edges, and placeholder content are to be expected. But the foundation is here, and we’re building it with your help.
